Coming from work and back home, I can definitely see a difference between your standard mouse and the one I am currently using (Logitech G500). It's no surprise that there is a difference in comfort, performance and function given the brand and application. With that being said, even gaming mice have different feel, shape and sizes to them. So, I would say that this market is more subjective, but then can produce products that excel and be different from other competing products. Today, we'll be taking a look at Razer, a company known for their gaming peripherals and are very well respected as one of the top dogs. They were very nice to send over a sample of their newly refreshed Deathadder 2013 edition for our testing. So, does this refresh have enough to still compete?

The Azio Levetron KB528U mechanical keyboard really took me back in time. It took me back to when I was still using the older computers back in the early millennium with its loud clicking noise. As I type this, I am savoring the noise that has long been forgotten. The Azio Levetron KB528U is an all mechanical keyboard with rubber coated WASD and Arrow key made for gamers and regular typist. For about $36( Amazon.com), you can grab this nice keyboard and play your video games or just use it to type and enjoy the sound it produces.

One of least talked about components in computer are storage (HDD / SSD) and RAM. Both of these categories are not really flashy nor has a lot of room for improvement. You simply get however much capacity of storage or RAM you need and that's it. But, many may not realize that the reliability of the product is very important as you probably don't want to shell out more money and spend more on your CPU, GPU, etc. Today, we have the opportunity to work with ADATA, who specialize in the flash memory field like flash drives, SSDs and RAM. They had sent over their new RAM module under their XPG gaming line for us to test out. This is in the budget to mainstream market with the specs of 1600MHz with XMP options and at a price of $59.99 at Newegg. Let's take a look at how it fairs.

Ever watch a scary movie when you can hear the footsteps of that crazy serial killer? How about playing an FPS and trying to not get killed or kill your enemy in Counter-Strike, StarCraft II or League of Legends? Imagine trying to play a video game without any sound. Sure, you may be able to do so, but would you be able to achieve the same level of excitement or result? Our ability to hear and perceive sound is very important in our daily lives, which can hinder certain activities without it.

That being said, I’m happy to see there are many people who take sound as seriously as Plantronics does. We'll be taking a look at the GameCom Commander, which is premium headset made for tournaments and looks to be a real contender. Let's see if the GameCom Commander can deliver!
