If you browse through our product line you’ll notice that we don’t offer the most products – but for the ones we do offer, rest assured that it’s been tested exhaustively. Throughout that process, often times we are made aware of potential problems that our customers are likely to hit, because we will likely run into it first. Out product managers would then train our customer care team on these issues so that if problems do surface, they can be solved quickly and effectively. We do not clam to offer the most products, nor do we try to offer a “complete line” for the sake of completeness. We will only offer products that we would personally use and love.

That’s why if you need to do warranty with us, we’ll pay for the shipping of the shipping of the product in question – both ways. For those items, we would simply send you the parts that you need with instructions for self-repair, and effectively cut your down-time by half. Sometimes we can even swap the product in question with an upgraded model if we’re not able to troubleshoot the original one for you.
